What Are Guest Posting Services?
Guest posting services place an article on a relevant website you do not own, with a link to a page you choose. The provider finds the site, writes the content, works with the site owner, and sends back the live URL.
Our blog posting service is a hands-off way to get in-content links from real blogs, without pitching site owners yourself.
With a white label provider, an agency sells the work as its own. The agency’s client sees its report and its account manager. We stay behind the scenes.
A good guest post is more than a link. It is a useful article on a site with real readers, and the link fits the topic. A weak one is a thin article on a site that exists only to sell links.
Links still matter for rankings. In a Backlinko and Ahrefs study of 11.8 million Google results, the top result had 3.8 times more backlinks on average than results in positions 2 to 10. That is a correlation, not proof that links alone cause rankings. It does explain why teams keep building them.
Why Do You Need a Guest Posting Service?
Most teams try link building in house at least once. The same four problems show up each time.
Finding sites, sending pitches, and following up on silent inboxes adds hours to every week. Teams juggling five or ten projects rarely have those hours. When outreach slips for a week, it turns into a missed deadline.
A site can show a high DR and still send no visitors. Traffic can be inflated and metrics can be bought. Telling a real site from a fake one takes practice, and a wrong call ends up on your site’s backlink profile.
Good American publishers get pitched all day. A cold email from a new sender rarely gets a reply. A provider who already works with these site owners starts with trust and a price list.
Bosses and clients expect to see progress in the first month. A campaign that spends three weeks on prospecting leaves you with nothing to report.
A guest posting service closes these gaps. You pay per placement, so your cost grows with your campaign list and not with a payroll.
How Our Guest Posting Process Works
The steps are the same for every order, from a single post to fifty.
Blog posting services orders follow these six steps.
Send the target pages, the niche, your preferred anchor text, and the DR range you want. A short form is enough. There is no long onboarding call.
We shortlist sites from our network of 2,000+ publishers that match your site’s topic and audience. For USA campaigns, we also check where each site’s traffic comes from.
You see the shortlist before any content is written. Approve the sites you like and skip the rest. If you prefer to leave the choice to us, we work to the rules you set.
Our writers match the site’s tone and topic. The article reads like the other posts on that site, and your link sits inside the body where it fits. You can review the draft before it goes to the publisher.
We handle all communication with the site owner, from the topic to the publishing date. You do not send a single email to a publisher.
When the post is live, you get the URL, the anchor text, the target page, and the site metrics in a report with your branding. We confirm the page is indexed and the link is live before the report reaches you.
How We Vet Every Guest Post Site
Not every site that accepts guest posts is worth your own money. We check each site before it joins the network, and we review it again on a regular schedule.
No blog posting service placement goes out until the site passes these checks.
DR and DA are third party scores. Cheap links can push them up. We look at organic traffic data first, and we check that the traffic is steady and not a one month spike.
For USA campaigns, a site with most of its visitors in another country does little for local rankings. We check the country split and prefer sites that draw most of their readers from the USA.
A link from a site that covers the same subject carries more meaning than one from a general blog. We match each site to your own industry and skip sites that publish any topic for a fee.
We review who links to the site and where the site links out. A site that sends links to casinos, pills, and loan sites in the same week is not a place for your link. We also skip sites that host unrelated third party pages, such as a medical site with a ‘best casinos’ page. Google’s site reputation policy targets that pattern.
We read recent posts on the site. If the content is thin, copied, or clearly written by a machine with no editing, the site does not pass. Google’s spam policies name creating low value content mainly to manipulate linking and ranking signals as link spam, and we do not want your site near that.
A page that Google has not indexed does not help. We confirm that the site’s pages are indexed, and we watch traffic trends so a site with falling traffic does not slip through.
Manual Outreach vs Automated Outreach
Automated outreach sends one email template to thousands of sites. Reply rates are low, and the sites that reply are often the ones that sell links to anyone. Google also lists using automated programs or services to create links as link spam.
| Manual outreach | Automated outreach | |
|---|---|---|
| Message | Written for the site and topic | Same template sent to a long list |
| Site quality | Chosen one by one | Often whoever replies first |
| Reply quality | Better fit | More volume, weaker fit |
| Risk to your site | Lower | Higher |
Our team works with publishers directly and does not send mass automated pitches. Because our network is built and priced ahead of time, we start from sites that have worked with us before.
Guest Posting Packages and Pricing
Our guest posting services are priced per placement, so you know your cost before you commit.
How Much Does a Guest Post Cost?
Guest posts on our network start at $55 per post. The price rises with the site’s domain rating and organic traffic. A DR 30+ post costs $70 and a DR 60+ post costs $330. You see the exact price before you order.
Blog posting services are priced per post from the table below.
Pricing by Domain Rating
| Domain rating | Minimum monthly organic traffic | Price per post | Time to publish |
|---|---|---|---|
| DR 20+ | 500+ | $55 | 5 to 7 business days |
| DR 30+ | 1,000+ | $70 | 5 to 7 business days |
| DR 40+ | 3,000+ | $110 | 5 to 10 business days |
| DR 50+ | 10,000+ | $180 | 7 to 12 business days |
| DR 60+ | 25,000+ | $330 | 7 to 14 business days |
Prices are for one guest post with one contextual link.
What Is Included in Every Guest Post
- ✓One original article written for the site
- ✓One contextual link inside the body, with the anchor text you approve
- ✓A live URL on a real, indexed site
- ✓Site metrics for each placement: DR, organic traffic, and country split
- ✓A white label report with no mention of our company
- ✓A replacement if the link is removed during the 12 month replacement period
Why Guest Post Prices Differ
Three things move the price: the site’s authority, its real traffic, and its topic. A tech blog with 20,000 monthly visitors costs more than a small lifestyle blog. Publishers set their own rates. Because we negotiate those rates ahead of time, you pay a fixed price per site and not a quote that changes by the day.
Bulk and Monthly Discounts
People who order for several sites get a lower rate per post. Orders of 10 or more guest posts get 10% off. You can also set a monthly volume, so your budget stays predictable.
Pick Your Own Rules or Let Us Choose
You decide how much control you want.
Tell us the niche and the DR range. We send a shortlist and you approve it. This is the fastest way to start.
Want tighter control? Set a minimum DR, a minimum traffic level, a country, and a list of topics or sites to avoid. We only shortlist sites that meet your rules.
Guest Posting vs Niche Edits vs Blogger Outreach
These terms overlap, so agencies often mix them up.
| Guest posting | Niche edits | Blogger outreach | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it is | A new article with your link inside | A link added to an existing article | The method of contacting site owners |
| Content | New article written for the site | Existing page, small edit | Depends on the deal |
| Speed | Medium | Often faster | Depends on the site |
| Best for | Relevance and fresh content | Pages that already have traffic | Reaching sites that do not list guest post rules |
Guest posting builds the most relevance because the article is written for the site. A niche edit is often faster, but it depends on an existing page that is already indexed. Blogger outreach is how we reach site owners for both. Many campaigns use more than one. Read more about niche edits and blogger outreach.
Is Guest Posting Safe for SEO?
It can be, when it is done with care. No link building method is risk free, and we will not tell you otherwise. Safety depends on the sites you choose, the anchor text you use, and how many links you build.
The rules in this section apply to all blog posting services orders we deliver.
What Google’s Link Guidelines Say
Google’s spam policies define link spam as creating links to or from a site mainly to manipulate rankings. The list of examples includes exchanging money for posts that contain links, and guest posts or press releases with optimized anchor text distributed on other sites.
The same policy also says buying and selling links is a normal part of the web for advertising and sponsorship. It is not a violation when the links are qualified with a nofollow or sponsored attribute.
Google can only judge what it sees. One relevant article with a natural link reads like normal editorial content. A hundred copies of the same article with exact match anchors do not.
Dofollow, Nofollow and Sponsored Links Explained
- ✓Dofollow: The link has no qualifying tag, so it can pass ranking credit. Most of our placements are dofollow.
- ✓Nofollow: A tag that tells Google you would rather not be associated with the linked page. Links with it are generally not followed, but they still send visitors and keep a backlink profile looking natural.
- ✓Sponsored: The tag Google asks for on advertisements and paid placements. Google says nofollow is still acceptable for these links, but sponsored is preferred.
Some publishers mark every paid post as nofollow or sponsored. If a site uses one of these tags, we tell you before the link goes live. You can approve it, ask for a different site, or skip it.
Anchor Text and Link Placement
Anchor text is the clickable words of the link. Google’s own example of link spam shows a paragraph where every phrase links to one page with keyword rich anchors. Natural links look different.
We mix branded anchors, plain URLs, partial matches, and generic phrases such as ‘read the guide’. Exact match anchors are used sparingly. The link sits inside the main body of the article, near text that explains why it is there, and not in a footer or sidebar.
A typical mix looks like this: branded anchors 30% to 50%, generic anchors 20% to 30%, partial match anchors 15% to 20%, exact match anchors 5% to 15%, and naked URLs up to 20%.
How Many Guest Posts Should You Build Each Month?
There is no fixed number that fits every site. The right pace depends on your site’s current backlink profile, the age of the site, and how fast competitors build links. A new site with a handful of links should grow steadily and avoid a sudden spike. A larger site can take more.
Start small, check the results after the first month, then scale up. We can suggest a starting plan once we see the target pages.
Mistakes to Avoid When Buying Guest Posts
- ✕Buying by DR alone and ignoring real traffic
- ✕Using the exact match keyword as the anchor text every time
- ✕Publishing the same article on many sites
- ✕Choosing sites that accept any topic for a fee
- ✕Building too many links in a short time
- ✕Skipping the indexation check
- ✕Working with providers who hide the site list until after you pay
- ✕Expecting rankings on a fixed date
Why We Never Use PBNs or Link Farms
A private blog network exists to pass links, not to inform readers. Link farms do the same at a larger scale. Expired domains bought only to pass old authority fall under what Google calls expired domain abuse. We place links only on active sites with a real editorial history, so a link from our network is one you can show anyone with confidence.
White Label Guest Posting for Agencies and Resellers
White label guest posting means your agency sells the article and the link, and we do the work behind the scenes.
Agencies also resell our blog posting services under their own name, and their clients only see the agency’s brand.
- ✓You approve the sites. Pick from the shortlist before any article is written.
- ✓You sell the result. Reports carry your name, with the live URL, anchor text, and site metrics.
- ✓You keep the margin. You set the resale price, and we do not take a share of your revenue.
- ✓We stay out of sight. We never contact your client, and our name never appears on a report.
